Fulfilment Partner
All merchandise orders placed through YJB Records LTD are fulfilled and shipped by Inkthreadable, a UK-based print-on-demand and order fulfilment company. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to Inkthreadable’s involvement in the production and delivery of your items.
Order Processing & Fulfilment:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please note that fulfilment times may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping charges shown.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While most UK orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfilment, international orders may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. YJB Records LTD is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@yjbrecords.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Inkthreadable to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. YJB Records LTD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an error is noticed after checkout, contact us immediately—we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Returns & Refunds
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). However, if your order is defective or incorrect, please refer to our Returns Policy for resolution procedures.
