Refund Policy

At YJB Records LTD, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

• Unworn and unwashed,

 

• In their original condition with tags attached,

 

• Free from stains, damage, or strong odours (e.g., smoke or perfume),

 

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

 

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or any items marked as final sale.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note:

 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

 

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to stock availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@yjbrecords.com within the 14-day window.
